Trade line dont appear for my faction but appear for other factions, also western powers arent trading with me

I downloaded this on console and its telling me I cant enable it because it depends on files that aren't on the console, do you know what other files I need because I downloaded all 4 files. I completely love this mod idea tho, u have my support
