Well u can't really say it looks CSey, CS looks like crap and is prehistoric by now in the computer terms and since you haven't played TC:E you can't compare it gameplaywise either ;P
Yes, we have been working on it for about 5mo but there is alot of experience in the dev team and other mods behind us too.

and it isnt gonna be more than 100MB

well, there aint gonna be *any* mod out there that looks better than Truecombat 1.0 thus "Precendents set" but they apply to other things as well.
