Good, but not enough. I have better palm mods than those in that mod, water is more nicer in my game, and this ain't a total retexture, just some HQ roads are added, and they are dark, which doesen't fit at all in Miami sunny feeling...

Man, you need to feel the game live. You can't jugde by screenshots. And if you don't like it, why do you come to comment here and criticise everything? I mean, I really don't like guys like you, make something better, or help me with removing limits inside exe, instead of flaming and bitching all the time. Thanks for understanding.

AS for the retexturing part, I believe Vice has more than 100k textures inside of gta3.img, and who could retexture all that? And it ain't all about "doin it". It needs to "fit" in the atmosphere of Miami (Vice City), not just put the 512x512 instead of 128x128, although you don't see the difference too much, but framerate FEELS IT.

Only if some1 could modify me an .exe to accept higher textures/polygons, I would do a retexturing and hire anyone wo wants to participate and have a wish to do it.

Now for the h8rs.

I ain't in connection with Rockstar, but their logo is still in the game (as Original VC authors), and if they want a cut of this, I will give it to them.

Second, you haven't knew that VC has more than 100 slots for vehicles, and not all of them are tuned, and I am not a retarded NFS freak, I KNOW to set the people happy with choosing what they want. I.e. there are cars like Mustang GT, Dodge Charger, Audi L8, Hummer H2, Golf II, Scania trucks, Caprice cabs etc etc. Those aren't hard tuned, and there is everything for everyone.

From imports, to stocks, from muscles to exotics, from hard-toned trucks to speed-breaking motorbikes as Yamaha and Suzuki.

AS for the retexturing part, I think VC is beautifull as the way it is, darker streets i.e. make it look ugly, and some HD grass makes FPS very low as u know that VC is DX8 game. Ofc, Some buildings ARE retextured and remodeled. Particle IS retextured completly, and what had NEEDED pimpimg, IT'S PIMPED. To the top.

And for the coding, it ain't copy paste method, but, take a core code, edit it, widden it, make it compatible with others, make something you want from it. No one starts from the ground 0. All use opcodes. Just what I did to make some of mine.

And another thing, if you don't like the TC, don't comment it and stop flaming alot and accusing like some jealous bi*** (sgt.shepart). Find your own inspiration and make it better if u can.

Read the descripion once again. I don't wan't to repeat myself over and over again. Almost EVERY downloaded mod is tweakad, either by its textures, dff, col, handling etc etc. As for the coding, this was a REALLY hard part, and STILL IS. I tried to ask for help on gta forums of HOW REMOVING POLYGON LIMITS inside the .exe, but no one didn't help. :(

For TC you need MORE KNOWLEDGE than just putting mods together.

You need to know CODING, TEXTURING, MODELLING, SCRIPTING, AUDIO EDITING, GRAPHIC DESIGNING and GOOD TASTE. And more than that - MAKE THEM WORK ALL TOGETHER.

If someone wants to make any kind of TC, I would more than like to help him because of knowledge I collected all this years with GTA conception of games.

As for the code guys, you need to know how much work is put into this, and that all this is done by one person. Especially if u would know how the coding in main.scm is boring and hard, and how bug fixing is demanding, you woukd have respect for he modder(talking to some of you, not to all) and you would stop bitching about goddamn 5 euroes. As far as it get, this IS the best Vice Conversion, and if u want to try it, buy the code.

If otherwise, stop yourself from posting childlish answers and spamming the board. Those posts WILL be exterminated.

That would be a felony. TC is law protected dude as a unique modification. If 5 eur is too much for you, than I don't know what to say. -.-

I allready told you. This is a 3-years work TC. It would be nice if you appreciated my work with a bit of donate.

Did I mention there are NEW RADIO STATIONS? All of them are changed. Techno, house, trance, rap, metal, rock... Name it, u can hear it. All of those mixes are made fully by me.

As for the missions, there is still a default Vice story, but a little modificated with extra racing missions, light tuning, nitro and Fast&Furious feeling.

I started with Vice long time ago, and I didn't even dream I would get so far with this project... For 3 years or so, I was building steadily this TC and now it's finally done :) I rather would not do a TC for SA (in this kinda of quality as GTA:2007), because I would need so much time, and I don't have it too much..

Some reports that vcloadingscreen.asi can cause startup problems. Delete it from VC2007 folder if u get errors while starting a new game.
