BossN00b here, just writing this from a different account in comment form because I have decided to throw away the keys to the original long time ago. I will also keep this as brief as possible and without extra ********.
I am writing this primarily as an apology to the modding community in general, and to let everyone know I'm sorry for the ****** things I've done years ago. If you're wondering about what I am talking about, that's going to be using other people's assets without properly crediting them and in some cases, pretending I created the said things myself.
I still don't have any real explanation for why I did these things back then, although I would place the blame on my own ignorance, immaturity, and stupidity I had at the time, and I thought it was due time I finally issues a more formal apology and did something about it.
This is one of the reasons why over a year ago I took down ALL my mods, skins, addons, and so on from the internet (namely ModDB and Gamebanana). Granted, now all of them were taken down for this reason, but some of them definitely were because of this, and I couldn't stand the thought of having that trash still available for download. As a result, please do not ever re-upload content from these mods, or them as a whole, if you still have them. Just nuke those files.
I understand that after all those years this apology will most likely feel empty and insincere, and I don't hold that against you, but I think this is the least I could do to at least try to repair my mistakes, whether you will accept this or not is not up to me to decide, that's something each one of you will have to decide for yourselves.
So that being said, if you happen to still have any mods or files, please delete them, and do not make the mistake to use them in your mods, I wouldn't be able to stand the thought of my own ignorance affect other people's hard, honest work, it already happened once and I have no desire to witness it happening ever again.
This is all I wanted to say. Please do not make any attempts to contact me as all those attempts will be ignored. I do not wish to be contacted in any capacity, and I have nothing else to say about this topic. Thank you for taking your time to read through all of this, and I hope you won't do the same mistakes I did, and if my mistakes managed to hurt you in any way, I'm sorry, and I hope you'll be able to forgive me one day, but again, that is not up to me.
