FIREBIRD MOD 3.0

Mod review

I have been playing this mod for the last 2 days and as far as i know, the mod works just fine and haven't had a crash or anything. This mod pretty good and fun despite those who say this is a copy-paste mod. I don't care about that since it's so stable compare to other mods that try to stuff so much assets into them. However this mod does have some issues that I would like to point out:

1. The A.I seems to be not as consistent and polished as other mods. Although the enemy team's bots are very agressive and dangerous because they supressing-fire you, have amazing accuracy and like to push you out of your cover using many methods. The friendly team's bots on the other hand feel very awkward and sluggish. They often stand in the open just to get shredded by enemy's fire, they don't operate vehicles quite well or they straight up don't drive their vehicle at all and they almost never respawn in captured points other than the staging area.

2.The Holo scope on NATO weapons doesn't have a holo at all which makes it useless. I don't know if this is because of my game version (CE 1.50) or the mod itself but i hope the developer will look into this soon.

3.The weapons work fine most of the time but the accuracy in some situations can be very frustating. The recoil of the gun doesn't match up with the bullet spread. This makes guns occasionally feel like a super soaker. The MGs (M240,249,MG3,...) are the most affected, like you can spray 100 rounds at an enemy squad at a relatively close range and only kill 1-2 of them. I think this because the dev took BF3/4's weapons model and shooting animation combined with PR's bullet spread to make the weapons somehow more realistic?

These are 3 issues that I have encountered after some playthroughs. Sure these issues sometimes take me out of the game but I still like the mod nonetheless. The maps, the sounds, the effects (having PR's explosion and impact effects is always a plus point for me),etc...., everything is put together pretty well, the developer just need to improve upon what's already in the mod, tweak and rebalance the weapons and AI, then the mod will be even better than it is now.
