I think it's because it took quite a bit of time to make the changes and he started working on it back on 1.6, but by the time he finished 1.9 came out

Is there any chance that you could somehow inmplement the custom troop trees mod into this? I love the module so far, but I'd have an even better experience if I could make my custom army... would be really fun to maybe conquer the galaxy with either the old Sith Army's troops, or maybe an army of Chiss invading
