Yeah, we're not dead, still around, but I've got so many things to do atm that I can't really do much more than occasionally check by this page.

I'm not really a fan of the way Halo 4 pictured them, it's just a small CCS, laziest work ever. If they do show up, it'll be with some artistic license to make them a bit more interesting.
That's odd, haven't heard anyone mention this before, which ships?
Moddb.com
That's a generic tutorial for getting swfoc mods to work with steam, it'll work for this one too.
(Or I could continue being in denial and insisting that nothing to do with Halo 4 exists)
It is indeed, give us another month or so and some news will start appearing again.
Not just yet, I'm really busy with uni work and stuff.
But don't worry, things are still chugging along, when the next update does come, it'll be a big one :D.
We are still working on things, it's just we've got a bit less time than we used to, so we're working on things quietly for a while.
We won't be using campaign commander though.
Sorry, nothing's quite ready for showing yet, soon though.
Thanks, I/we appreciate the kind words, glad you like the mod so far :).
Unfortunately, not a whole lot. The entire team is currently busy with other things (university and stuff), so there will probably be a bit more of a wait before anything shows up (probably around christmas time, I should actually have some spare time then :P).
Not for a little while, I've been having pc problems all summer so I've been unable to be very productive mod-wise.
Should have it all sorted soon, but no promises.
Well you can, but I strongly recommend against it, it's really glitchy, no more so than it was in the last version though.
Nope, the UNSC works as it is, fitting within the canon but still able to win with the right tactics.
Not for a while, eventually though :).
There are three different options for launching the mod in the patch's description, try one of the others.
Well it should all be there, sure you didn't install it in the wrong folder or something?
Indeed, it's great to hear you're enjoying the mod :).
The plasma torpedo thing is really bugging me, I just can't figure out why it's doing it :/.
Try this one instead: Moddb.com
Failing that, put this .bat file in your star wars empire at war forces of corruption folder and run it: Mega.co.nz
I was unaware of that launcher, I'll add it to the 1.2 description, thanks :).
Not entirely sure as I don't actually have steam myself, but a quick google search gives this: Forums.steampowered.com
And this: Moddb.com
The only way you'd get vanilla units is if you were playing ground, which you shouldn't be as this is currently space only. If you weren't playing ground then you've either installed wrong or are running it wrong, read the instructions again to see if you've missed a step :).
I've never had any problems with it, but either way, here's an alternate mirror: Gamefront.com
That's very bizarre, you might have a corrupt download, try re-downloading it.
Try putting this: Mega.co.nz in your Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption folder and running it instead.

Yo. I might come back at some point. Maybe.
