I am still in learning stage but I know a lot about modeling in 3ds max,along with that I use Photoshop,and after trying out myself in game development I started to use Unity3D too.

You need to look and model from references.

Think of modeling like drawing. In order to draw better you need to draw exactly what you see, not what you THINK you see. The more you learn to cut out any simplification and interpretation by the mind, the better your eye and consequently modeling skill becomes. Just by browsing through the history of your images, I can gauge that you have sort of solved the geometry flow/edgeloop issues when modeling organics. Once you get that idea ingrained into your head, you need to start try to get your models to look EXACTLY like the references, and never, EVER model without a reference. Sure, your references may not be exactly like what you are modeling, but having them prevents you from imagining edges and details that make things look like "crap."

Just by eyeballing it, I can already tell that the proportions are off. The torso is stretched and thin. Arms are short. there is pinching or duplicate verts near the left arm pit/shoulder region. The whole modeling attempt still feels rather blocky. Try to get your edges to flow along the muscle lines and use anatomy references. Proper edge flow and edge loop placement are essential to create ideal smoothing as well as proper deformation when animating organics.

Thanks for soo long but very helpful critics :D
Btw do you have some specific tutorial that can show me what you meant with that the edges need to flow along the muscle,I make it on my own way and it always gets wrong...yea noticed wrong proportions but it says wip :)...and this model was modeled in a hurry I think if I remember it took me 1 day or less to make it :P
And sorry but I used references The-blueprints.com
And btw any specific tool in 3ds max that could help me with it?
I want to make a model quick but good...soo I make couple mistakes that results in crap :D
