It's great that you care about the Russian community! but I have already passed the last Russian patch and more than once! :-) Therefore, I'm interested in the translation of the latest version, because I really want to play, but it hinders me that need to translate complex phrases like the Malkavian clan for a long time. Then I will wait for the update of the 10 patch :D If it's not a secret, approximately, when can you translate into Russian?
