yo im new to this thread, and i have some questions, 1. can u make big cities just like the vanilia cities?

2. can u make your own castle for the city and become a count(ess)?

3. can you make custom npcs to populate the city including some guards? cause you can never rule a city without guards if anyone knows what i mean : )
