Just drag the contents of the folder with the txt file into SCP Containment Breaches main folder. Also make sure you're not installing the mod on V1.0 of CB, as this version only works properly in 0.9.3 and before.

It's fixed, there was an extra space in the loadingscreen ini file that caused a MAV at launch. Sorry about that!
