First one looks like UT2k4, the other 2 are Source engine (CSS judging by the name).
PS the engine is the Unreal (2.5 for UT2k4) engine. The Karma engine is the physics engine.

Well it's not perfect just yet, but it's alot improved since the initial release. The upcomming 1.3 patch should, hopefully, fix the rest of the problems/annoyances.
