There is a place for physical education in the left side underground floor (I'm not sure about right side's underground floor, I've never been there :D), and the Headmaster's room is in the 2nd floor of the school. (In the game there is no doors in the 2nd floor, because I'm not sure of that places in the 2nd floor)

In the 3rd floor, the sign says "2ND FLOOR" but it's the 3rd floor in my opinion. Also there was supposed to be a conference hall in there instead of a long corridor.
