Sorry for not responding, Moddb didn't notify me at all. But for Empire at War if you have to create a mod folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Empire at War\corruption. This should be access able through your OS in file explorer (assuming your using a windows pc) then you open steam and left click on Empire at War and click on the properties option. After that you just have to put in the following:
MODPATH=Mods\krystal_fleet_0.2
krystal_fleet_0.2 would be the name of the file folder, this is interchangeable with any mod folder name. And it should work.
