I just scanned the DLL on Virustotal.com. It does seem to be flagged by quite a few antivirus programs.

What I did was rebuild the plugin using a different compiler and this new DLL only got flagged twice Virustotal.com. If you want you can try it out: Drive.google.com.

MultiIntro's source code notes otherwise: Forge.the-starport.net

Rest assured it's a false positive. You'll still be able to use the mod without this DLL, but you'll miss out on the new 4th menu intro.
