Are these remastered maps compatible with clone wars extended 3.0 mod? specifically online compatible aswell?

How come you cannot select Clone Wars Extended Era for multiplayer games on the base maps? The maps included with the mod work fine with the Extended Era but base maps like Geonosis and Coruscant only show Galactic Civil War and Clone wars. Works fine in instant action just not multiplayer.
