This mod is ******* amazing guys!!! Could you add duels from the original movies between Luke and Vader? Actually one could play the whole movie story :D It is really really great work!

As far as I know there is no such tool. If you want to transfer data, use savecodes. There is plenty of systems on the Internet. You can even store the savecode into a file in Warcraft's log folder where you can copy paste it from.

Which models do you mean specifically? Try Hive Workshop and Wc3 Campaigns.
