All I had to do was get the manhack to push the "door" button, then I was able to move on. I finished the mod but I would be happy to retrace my steps and tell you exactly what I did before and after getting the door open if you are still having a problem! Sorry I didn't see you question sooner.:)
Oh yeah, I still have "Human Error" loaded with "saves" so it's no problem to help.
