Hey man, just wanted to check in again and see if I could help you with your Fallout: New California crash exiting Vault 18.
That can be caused by EVE's highres pack, not having New Vegas Anti-Crash and New Vegas Tick Fix (vanilla memory fixes) or too many highres textures on a low RAM system with a slow hard drive.
