im having the same problem

hi I am having problems making a new game I click it and edit my player then wait for the loading screen after that it goes black but I can still do things but I try to auto save and it tell me I need an active profile any help on this subject would be grate as I want to play it so much if you need to know anything just mail me thanks :)
