In my opinion,I think you should contact bestheda softworks, and see what they have to say about this porject, if they agree, WB will have a bad time winning a law batle aganist you, so you should contact bestheda, and ask for support. Cheers, and I will try to spread the word in Portugal, and may we see on the plains of rohan riding aganist orcs ;)

hi guys great job your doing I just want to ask a favour. If you dont mind I would like if you could send me a quick video tutorial on how to create a heighmap, cause Im creating a mod a new world with the size maybe as yours 9 or 7 times the size of skyrim and Im really stuck at the heighmap so If you dont mind, I hope this isnt a silly question but I would really like if you could send me a quick video of how to create a heighmap using heighmap editor to this mail "joaoseixo08@gmail.com"
