My favorite CoD, back then it was simple, fast, no perks and ranks, great campaign, love the mod support, great weapons...simply amazing. Quake3 engine made another great game :)
I dont not should I like it or hate it...the last good CoD, with mod support, without the stupid mp boom that spawned hords of stupid childreen that like your mother a lot...So this is SP only review...a bad *** campaign, bad *** graphics, MOD SUPPORT, and CPT.Price...
One of my favourite games, and without a doubt, my favorite FPS...simple, fast, amazing, fun, and graphics are pretty ( love the design)...
Awesome graphics, awesome sound, awesome campaign...simply an awesome game...Love the mod community and mod support...
What can I say? Scary, fun, graphics are pretty even today, and easy to mod...childhood memories restored :)
What can I say? From the ongoing perfection of SPIs ability to make great maps to the "fun factor blowing the roof" of the maps itself, this little spec ops mission are something Activision should drive towards(DAMMIT ACTIVISION, YOU ARE KILLING COD!!!). The missions are fun, chalenging and really great in design. One man doing better job than all the people at Infinity Ward together... For every SPis mission my faith in CoD community is restored...great job!
What is there to say for one of the most influential game engines out there made by the person that contributed to FPSs like no one else. Yes, I meant John Carmack. The engine itself was ahead of its time and always pushes a tear out of my eye when I see the Quake3 splash screen. I remember hours spent on this game. CoD 1 and its exp pack(DLC nowadays with tons of new stuff) was made on this engine and even though the IW/Activision dont like to admit, there is still Quake3 code in newer CoD. So you can run, but you cant hide the fact that this little engine is the father of CoD and 10 year olds talking about you mother online :)
At the time were CoD popularity declines and they keep hitting us with horse **** like its candy, there are not many CoD mods that focus on SinglePlayer. By far, this is the best custom campaign I have ever played for any game. The missions look great and realistic, the voice acting is superb, new weapons also great and the action is like taking a coffee in a bucket mixed withe red bull.
Too shame IW doesn't make what people want- a great sp campaign with 0 ********.
