Hi, great mod. I just encountered a bug. as Italy I have a core on one Albanian province, but no causus belli towards Albania (while I have it for UK and Greece - I took the claim historical lands decision of course). I will annex via command line, but this worked in the past, not sure why it stopped.
Just to check, I gave that one province to another nation, and it gave me a causus belli... giving it back to Albania did not solve the issue...
