Best $12 I ever spent.
The story in this game is simply incredible. In fact, I'd go as far as saying it's the most gripping story of any game I've ever played. While "To the Moon" isn't so much a game as it is an "interactive pixel movie" (as Reives said), in my opinion that makes it all the more amazing.
The musical score is a masterpiece, and the setting is thoughtfully constructed in a way that draws you deeper into the story. Although I hadn't heard of them before this release, Freebird Games has left a lasting impression on me with "To the Moon". Needless to say, I'll be keeping a close eye on them from now on.
