For those who haven't seen them before, these are called Nonograms. They're sorely under-represented puzzles. The only other nonogram puzzle games I can think of are Gemsweeper, which is pretty good and has a ton of stages, and the Picross series. If you enjoy these puzzles and have a DS I can't recommend Picross DS enough.

They all sound great basically in the order listed, except fortress building. It doesn't really feel like the game needs player built structures unless a few points are met: storage space, resident NPC's to sell to and a device or command to return to your base directly as opposed to just nearby via coordinates.

Though, I don't know if the game even needs player built structures.

Ah, thank you, so I guess I need a level 40 one on my main save! He being level 44 suggests that that's not a bad balance.

One of the changes with 2.3b was to have them be based off of weight rather than level. I was asking about specifics to that change.

Any word on the specifics of anti-grav pack and grappling hook weight limits? They don't seem to say what they can carry.

One would think that the alpha funded projects where updates are expected to be as regular as several times in a single day that they would be pushed out in a more timely manner, especially on their most popular games.

I imagine it's also possible that they have much slowed work on weekends with fewer people in the offices. They may not even push updates at all on weekends and only have maintenance staff in office.

The update is still pending, he submitted the update and put up the news item at similar times. 2.3b should be up sometime in the next 24 hours, but no one can be sure when.

Find the game's executable in its folder. It will be in whichever drive you installed Desura to then program files\Desura\Common\3079\3079.exe, you should be able to run it directly from its executable as administrator.

Pretty sure it was a typo. I imagine he meant they're "now obsolete" considering it has a new texture set.

Heh, I just found a level 189 Leader in a building in somewhere around a level 12 area. I'm also dealing with the demon king currently so talking to him ended up being bad. Seems the energy usage of anti-grav packs gets a bit overly insane, the generators they gave me were regen rate of like 0.07, and the anit-grav packs were a usage of like 200+ energy.

The level system definitely needs rethinking, but it's a good placeholder for now.

Enjoying things quite a lot but there's a long road ahead I'm sure. A few suggestions:

1. Demon smiters should perhaps be equippable items similar to batteries and generators that allow damage to demons as opposed to melee weapons. Demon's are currently far too powerful for melee to be viable. Especially the Demon King and his periodic exploding. Additionally, demon's could use their damage toned down. A level 1 demon oneshots you almost invariably no matter how high your armor and hp.

2. Items lost on death should be taken only from unequipped gear. When you have only one notably good weapon, the game seems to always know it and take that away, then once all your good gear is gone it starts eating key cards and health packs. Losing currently in use gear is a good way to make death less favorable but also a good way to frustrate and dishearten players generally.

3. Instead of dropping your items in a pile on death, perhaps drop them as a corpse that when recovered refills your inventory as it was so you won't die trying to find that poison resistant helmet again or get nuked by a mothership searching for your decent weapon in the pile.

4. Stamina increases should perhaps be easier to acquire. Most other stats go up at a reasonable rate during gameplay but you're actively punished by playing tactically and avoiding attacks. The result being level 20 players with 400 strength, 150 firearms, 200 energy and 40 stamina. Almost anything one-shots you within the ranges that you could actually find useful items.

I could go on, but keep in mind, these aren't complaints they're constructive criticism that are opinion based and rooted in my own perspectives. I love the game to death and find myself playing it every chance I get now, so keep up the good work!

Yeah, demon's definitely need some balancing. Nothing like going back to low level areas with some 400 defense only to be one-shotted by a demon you didn't notice and lose your 200 defense breastplate :s

Seems you pay attention to these comments a lot, Phr00t, came across a minor bug: items that fall into a down elevator become inaccessible.

Not a huge deal but annoying.

Otherwise, this is a blast, I look forward to future updates.
