I'm a learning animator eager to help out with animations.
Sorry about the bad looking credits thing at the end. When I uploaded before, the video was 3 seconds shorter than the original file, so I tried adding 3 seconds of crud at the end. But the full video came online. Whatever.
Everything between him rubbing his hands to the point he gets the lever to it's highest point works very well. When he changes positions half way and puts his knee forward and gets his shoulder under it, really helps to sell the resistance he's getting. The approach is a little weak, and the sliding of the feet looks a little too deliberate. I think it would be better if he tried to step forward and kept one foot half-cocked while his spine and planted leg curved toward the lever to show that he's now pushing against an immovable object. Then at that point you could slide the planted foot, and maybe have his head look downward hopelessly. At least that's what I would do, check out my profile to have a look at my animations.

My animation with about an hour of work. Working of perfecting the sense of weight, small glitches, and making the whole thing more lively.
