Then how about optional. It makes sense because anytime people will turn on and off during in-game. Not every people have low-end PC but there are also a strong PC as well. Optional is the one and the only way for us to decide whether we want decals, blood, etc. or not. In fact, its all the matter of choice. We experience and we immersion into something realistic.
