Truly an amazing model and perfect textures! On one hand It's great that modelers and texture artist can make better weapons than most of the AAA games, but it's also sad since they should be the ones who would make games.

Actually those AAA games are Compensating for Game Performance "Quality and Accessibility".

That could be true if the weapon textures are in the 4k and you have a weak PC. However, since the weapon textures are not a thing which would be performance, heavy like shaders, physics or destruction they could be in higher quality. Most of the modern games shouldn't be a problem for an average PC if they have proper optimization which is also very important if not the most important factor (right next or below the performance of the PC). For example Mafia 3 doesn't run well on almost any PC or even consoles when released and I didn't even mention No Man Sky which has probably the worst release in the last six years if not more. Apparently it was worse than any AC game which has some horrible releases as well (cough Unity cough).

Best thing is then you can mod game and set "custom" textures resolution. This would help to make game more suitable for different PCs

That's true, but unfortunately most of the modern games don't have mods. Expect the Elders of Scrolls and Fallout series.
