Is this the Special Edition ?
I am intrigued how you obtained lighted windows at night plus a lot of light dispersed around them
I was using a tweak in one .ini for brighter windows

This is non- special edition in this shot. Yet SE doesn't support paralax and sub-surface-scatering features, but it's only question of time for modders. SE runs way more smooth then normal one due to engine update.

And windows are lighted because of added lightsources around windows (lighting mod)

Aha good to know

Hey you are speaking in techy graphics slang Sargi (:
I'm happy you know about Subsurface Scattering but had no idea Skyrim does not support this

I only disliked the Global Illumination of the place , too dark at spots , too bright elsewhere but then again Skyrim is DX 10 , i think the SE has to be DX 11 but anyhow for 2011 it was amazing

I only hope that the SE will support all mods i used to like
