First Off, don't worry I want to do a new video for this any how which is going to be far better structured than the one I have. It's a bad quality video and it's very out of date.

Secondly, I agree this franchise has held up really well. I have gone back recently to play The older Fallout games like 1&2 as well as New Vegas. As much as I enjoy those games they just haven't aged like Stalker has.

Thirdly, the immersion aspect you mention sounds great but it starts to get too complex when a lot of that extra stuff is added so I kept my addon to the basics. Thanks for the input!

No, however take note that it won't "activate" immediately and the trader cycle will have to reset before it does.

i hope to do this very soon. Sadly as I mentioned in my recent "update" on this addon my computer crashed and it's not working as well as it was especially in regards to the internet and internet downloads. Just typing some comments up in this section I've had to turn back on my internet twice. Not really an excuse but trying to download his latest version of B&S and all is a nightmare right now. Once i get my new computer hopefully here in a week or two I'm going to get back to this addon again.

So I actually have a guide in the Readme folder which talks about this exact subject. The File is called Trader Guide. There is a section that talks about this exact thing and there is another file related to it. If that file is not helpfully I can type to my best ability here how it all works it's just a little long for this comment section.

I should probably reword that as what I meant to say was that it changes up some traders soo much that they are practically a new trader.

There are no "New" traders. It simply changes up their stock and makes them much more varied than before.

For the condition question if you go into the trader files themselves you can actually adjust the number very easy. You will see this entry near the top of the file.

buy_item_condition_factor = 0.80

This states what condition a trader will buy items at. In this case it would be 80%. So if you wanted it lower you simply lower it. So if you wanted say 50% it would look like this...

buy_item_condition_factor = 0.80

As for the second question I have not made any compatibility to that addon. Never crossed my mind to do that.

The problem is that I don't use B&S because it takes forever for it to download with my internet and I really don't care to have new guns when there's plenty as is. So the files that really matter are the traders that sell the outfits and the outfit files themselves. The path is as follows respectively.

gamedata->configs->items->outfits
gamedata->configs->items->traders

You want to go into the outfit files and go to the very bottom of the outfit files which have been adjusted by my addon. If you see the suit there then your good. If not then something is wrong and that's an easy fix.

For traders use the "editor" name of the items to find them in their traders and see that they actually have the items in question. If not then again, something is wrong. hopefully that helps explain it a little more.

Yeah, that looks all fine there. Now take note my B&S patch is no longer functional with newer versions of B&S. I was told by the creator of that addon that it is no longer needed. However, you should still be getting the outfits to appear if that was the order you installed it in.

That's actually an oversight from me... It's because the parts file is not compatible. Long story short unless you actually manually add all of the items to the file they will be missing. Again, that's an oversight from me that I didn't even think about.

Yeah, that would be a cool system honestly. I wish I was a little better at that side of things otherwise I would have done something along those lines a long time ago.

That's interesting... I often like to play picking up guns as I go and calling it a day. You can of course remove all guns manually from the trader files... However, that means that you can't get them at all. Now I haven't played gamma to be honest so I'm not sure how the system is. However, I do remember there being one mod which let you "order" guns from traders. I would love to know how to do such a system to be honest.

That would be why... This addon was meant primarily for higher level difficulty particularly the highest. You can of course adjust the economic factors as you please but if you play lower difficulties you will have some exploits that may arise from such.

What difficulty level are you playing on?

Most the time it's a simple fix is all so glad that worked.

It doesn't look like theres anything wrong there which is strange... Perhaps a conflict with another addon?

There was an addon for the bloodsuckers awhile ago but it's kinda outdated. I really did miss the old Bloodsucker sounds.
