I'm enjoying it!It's great that you fixed the ic amount(For example Hungary had 11 usable ic in beta 6.and now it has 33!awesome!
The only problem is that it lags in a bit on every speed after like every 6-7 hours

You can still give the provinces to yourselves in game by entering:tdbg(It will show province ids)then use changeowner
you need 1 day to pass to get the territorries
