Call me paranoid, but pretty sure GW's not gonna agree on that last bit
GW isn't completely above this either, renaming various races and factions with thinly-veiled epithets such as Aelves, Aeldari, Orruks, Ogors, Duardin, etc.
Oh, I know. 40k very much isn't 100% original, not even close. But GW are the ones trigger-happy with an oversized legal team :/
I've seen my share of third-party would-be 40k contraptions, but the nomenclature on this one is beyond gold: it's freakin'48-carats Auramite!

This is not the first nor last company to make 'Not Warhammer' models. All they have to do is give them different names (and use non-specific captions/descriptions) that are not trademarked by GW. Common among modelers in East Europe/Russia.
But that's what happens when you reduce the amount of models per box while increasing the prices. And make jump-the-shark/nobody-asked-for-this decisions (Age of Sigmar).
