This isn't Ullanor, it's the Imperial Palace. Ullanor was completely flattened and paved for the parade yet there are pristine mountains and white golden spires. Those are dead giveaways.
This image comes from the 40k wiki, where oddly enough, it's placed in the "Ullanor Crusade" article. I thought something was off about it, since artwork similar to this was captioned "Imperial Palace". Title and description is now fixed.
It's the cover art of The Burden of Loyalty Anthology, which plays out well after the events of Ullanor. I have no idea why anyone would use that for the Ullanor Crusade. Well it's fixed now at least.
can't get over how much i hate the design of the imperator titan. every other titan design makes sense and looks cool, who tf decided to put a cathedral on the top of it?! If they used the lucius pattern warlord as the imperator design, i think that'd be much better.

You cannot take the cathedral off the Imperator's back. It'd be like making the Ultramarines green or giving the Imperial Guard power armor.
Don't give Matt Ward any ideas.
Either they continued the tradition of the Thanksgiving Day Parade into the 31st millennium, or this is the largest wedding ceremony ever held.
