According to him this goes the same for Commissars that are good at their job.
Like he said. Overzealous Inquisitors and Commissars end up having short careers and early retirements. Just ask the Catachans.
Who is the best friend? The Commissar to the Guardsman? The Guardsman to the Commissar? The Book to the Guardsman?
well yea the book obviously .... its not like toilet paper is standard issue when on extended crusades after all xD
