The detail is pretty good, but the Emperor having even bigger pauldrons than regular Marines does not help with the proportions at all. Also I feel the chest plate should be higher up, it looks weird with her whole neck exposed liked that.
And the sword looks very anime-ish.
If they were gonna Add a women in the Emperor's Suit, they might have made the Chest plate...well you know err...

Great attention to detail but the neck sticking out like that freaks me out...
