I don't understand
My guess it's a nod to Orks ability to loot virtually any tech their enemies use against them.
oh, now it makes sense
Not just tech but nids as well.
Cause when literally everything works on the basis of 'clap if ye believe' the question of 'why/how?' becomes 'why not?'
