clearly he doesn't resemble the Betrayer enough if one has to ask.
If you look closely, his left arm is armorless, the only space marine with bare left arm as well using Chainaxe is Kharn afaik
then there is the distinctive snarling helmet with the curving horns, as well as other more subtle details like the Mk5 style chest tube vent thing and the snarling belt with skulls hanging from it - stuff that could appear on other Khorne berzerkers but are also an essential part of Kharn's look
the only signature thing i left out was the hair things hanging from the sides of the helmet
