No, it's World Builder. There is no limit on World Builder, also could you direct me to this Troop Cap 999, it would be appreciated.

Go to Steam, find Dawn of War 2 (any DoW2) and there should be a world builder.
Hmm, I didn't find it. Must have been for another game.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\dawn of war 2 Go to this location on your files, World Builder should be somewhere near the bottom of the list.
Me and Griffinz played no cap and it was cray
I like Soulstorm more then DoW 2 because of the base building, more units and more freedom and it's much more mod friendly. DoW 2 is just too dumbed down...
