Nathaniel Garro one hell of a badass!
Ehem... It is not Garro :D He didn't have power fist, he had power sword instead (Libertas if I'm not wrong). Besides, Garro is bald :D
he's the main character of this book and all loyalist's from traitor legions are badasses

Maybe not that random. I have a good explanation for this. We see the Death Guard and Imperial Fists here, right? It can be remains of the Death Guard from the Eisenstein and Fists from Phalanx fighting The Lord of the Flies on the Luna base.
i agree seeing as how flies are ahem* well flying in the air
