I've actually seen high-detail 3D sculpts of the actual guys, and said sculpts will be apparently used by the creator to craft miniatures of the lascivious lubed lordlings, bases and all.
So do Custodes have a black carapace like Astartes for their armor? If so, they should have several ports all over their bodies.
