Its one of the fan-theories of "what actually happened". It wasn't Horus that grievously injured The Emperor, it was Sanguinius. Though as cool as they might be, I still prefer the Emperor vs his fallen son story. Really makes me wonder how the authors are gonna handle that for the Horus Heresy novels since we're getting close.
