It's not a skybox. That's all real geometry, and it goes well beyond what you can see - just try opening it in the editor - it's insane!
Hey mate. I know this post is crazy old. But I've been desperately looking for a skybox JUST like this for a map I'm wanting to make on a mod called Garry's mod. I'd say I've been looking all over the net for about 5 hours straight. And this picture makes me very very happy.
I've never owned a Unreal Tournament game. So how could I access this editor? Cause I'd take pics of it and turn it into a skybox. Has somebody already done it perhaps?
but its misleading. its only a skybox...hahha
