Ok, so I was playing some Nod missions the other night which featured the commando, and I just couldnt take that picture of some stupid looking peverted EA fantasy any longer! I mean SERIOUSLY!? This is supposed to be a Nod Commando, and she looks like a Soviet version of Tanya from RA!
Anyway, somewhat inspired by Carnius new design for the commando, I made this! She looks alot more deadly now, with some proper Nod high-tech suit and a cool looking rifle. Of course if Carnius wishes to use this design as a unit icon, he is most welcome! :)
So what do you guys think? Any suggestions are most welcome! :D

And yeah, there's always room for improvements, but this is much better. ;)
My main focus (besides adding body armor) was just making her more "deadly" and less "modelly". It actually looks like she's wearing makeup on the original icon, so I basically toned out most of the facial colour, to make her face more 'pale' and less 'pretty'. Also removed that ridiculous eyepatch, and added that scar instead. I think these changes gave her a much more serious expression than the original :)

It looks great! But I assume you are aware this wouldn't fit in well with the other unit icons?
Well, its still conceptional, and I havent texturized it properly yet. But other than that, how so?

Yeah,that EA female duke nukem is silly.This reminds me of Umagon,oh,not that pony,you know which Umagon I mean.xd With "deadly ninja suit".
The Carnius's Kerrigan-like and Nova-like NOD Commando is cool too.

More excellent! Just need to improve a little bit on the body suit's shape, add more textures to it and voila. You get a certified BAMF femme fetale to fights in the name of Kane.
Is awesome! Tho I prefer she has red hair.
