This scrin air unit would cost 1500 (maybe more maybe less depending on balance reasons) and be able to transport light and medium vehicles across the battle field.

2 possible formats

Format 1
Slow and armored with 2-4 disintegrator lasers and maybe 1-2 AA pulse batteries

Format 2
Same speed as ravager but low armor and no weapons

Ehm... nice concept, but this unit really is necessary?
Also, Scrin airforce is getting overloaded. There are , including the Drone Plataform aka Alien MCV, 7 air units.

Well the only way they can transport vehicles is by the worm whole which is limited in availability so if you are planning a vehicle attack you would have to wait for the power to charge which would give time for the enemy to prepare.

This would let you spend less time organizing your attacks so that the match/mission would not get to slow.

Except the scrin counter to this is their air force, their devastator ships and assault carriers can sit outside the range of base defenses and pop most defenses and slow units, if the defenders try to take out the ships there can be a massive army right behind.

The teleporting works better if you use elite or heavy infantry units on it and has more to do with flanking or attacking unguarded areas.

maybe if you add a one way teleport power for them... but it takes like... a minute for the units to warp through?

Still fucking no. Also, there is a support power called "worm hole".
