Erm, it`s impossible to have that many Star Forges. If you did the galaxy would have been yours for a long time now.
they are more the republic,s than ours now and every rakata is dedicated to building them we live on more worlds than most think.
and they aren't full fledged star forges they are more like smaller weaker ones constructing ships and fending off small numbers of yuuzhan vong.
