The Dirva is a Sith Spawn made by Darth Kairn during his absence on the forest moon of Yavin IV, where he was presumed Dead by the rest of the Galaxy.
The Dirva is a powerful beat, capable of tearing infantry apart very easily thanks to its numerous weapons and large amounts of venom. It has one unique quality that makes it a deadly ambusher: It can burrow underground, and use the Force to sense enemy forces. Once in a good position, it can resurface and attack the enemy, taking them by suprise. That or its long tail can extend an additional 2 meters and pop out of the ground, impaling a soldier then surfacing again. This can be a very effective way of killing off Officers.
Although very good agaisnt infantry and even vechiles, the Dirva loses its ability to ambush when faced with Jedi or Sith, who can easily sense its approach and warn nearby allies.
Its tail and claws can be used to devastate light armor, though it is ineffecttive agaisnt heavy armor. Its venom can kill a soldier who is infected within a day, and the only man who knows the cure to it is Kairn himself.
Although they are rarer then the Pyktis, the Dirva are still used quite alot by Kairn when he needs to pick enemy patrols off silently.
Big deal, all I would need to send is Predators to kill this thing.
No idea what predators are, but I would love to see them try and kill a pack of these things. They don't respect the Mandalorian "charge in and hope for a honorable death". They respect the Sith "attack from the shadows and massacre the overconfident fools who think their technological terrors can outdo the Force".

Predators killed these things (actually this is a look alike) for a living.

Not only did you give them almost the same description but you also would use them the same way.
The only thing missing is their rather interesting way of reproduction regardless of species, their "second-mouth" and their acid blood.
