Kountervibe ENB addon - The Elder Scrolls Fans

I've come to like this ENB but for some inexplicable reason the author Kyokushinoyama retired it. Luckily I had a backup of the thing all set to go and backed-up in the event of one of over the 200 mods I use blew it up.

It isn't an extraordinary ENB or even themed, it just makes the game look better. Also it's rather demanding, even for my PC with a GTX680 and an i7 3770k in it. So look elsewhere if you want an efficient ENB.

The author stated they allow "full permission for any of my files" so I've taken the liberty of uploading it.

Note: This isn't the full ENB, there were tons of options and I only made use of maybe a few because I don't have anything remotely like SLI Titans in my PC. If you're PC is on crack, you're probably already using an ENB of some description.
