After a quick search, I found the accusations:

accused of participating in an armed conflict outside of Spain without the authorization from the state, as well as putting national interests at risk and joining groups fighting against ISIS that are considered terrorist organizations by international organizations.

It seems the group they referred to is the PKK (Kurdistan Workers' Party), but I'm not sure.

It seems there isn't a lot of info about this yet, I could not find a lot of sources about it.

"putting national interests at risk"

I wonder what are those 'national interests' they were putting at risk... Probably not giving ISIS enough time to completely destroy Syria so that later NATO can rebuild the country as a puppet of theirs...

One of my friends is in the party involved with these and he says they are preparing a rally in Madrid against this imperialist crime.

More info (please correct me if this another group):

As far as I know, PCE(r) – the party in question – has an armed force (GRAPO) considerer terrorist by the Spanish State. Arresting anyone who belongs to PCE(r) is a commonality in Spain. A couple of years ago, the Pablo Hasél case was disgusting as sh*t (he was arrested for being - “just” - a rapper!). DEMOCRACIA SU PUTA MADRE! Youtube.com

More info about PCE(r) members systematic arrestment, “El Camarada Arenas”, etc.: Presos.org.es

I would like to know what PODEMOS will do in this matter if they win elections…

Nothing. They are just a bunch of socialdemocrats.
Btw, the communist parties of Spain (as far as I know) are the following:
-Communist Party of the Spanish People.
-Red Cell.
-Marxist Leninist Revolutionary Front.
-Unified Catalonian Communist Party.
-PCE(r).
-Marxist Leninist Communist Party (reconstructed).
The have the same word (reconstructed) but they are a different party.

As an spanish communist I can say that comrades from the PCE(r) have been tortured and executed in jails, persecuted without any logical cause...

Ok my bad then. The only explanation for the persecution of PCE(r)members is just one: The Spanish Monarchy and the holy right is still fascist in nature!

The secretary of the PCE(r) is dying in jail due to a chronic sinusitis and cataracts and the state is denying his medical atention.

This is to be expected from a state that we all know is fascist. It should be obvious that he should either not return to Spain or keep his activities at maximum secrecy. I don't know how they found out about him tough, that is what bothers me. (?) :/
