She's actually a fairly interesting character when they focus on her.
While I wouldn't call Baby Cakes my favorite episode, it did a good job of making Pinkie a character I can relate to rather than just the crazy random character in the background.
Pinkie definitely had some great episodes on her. Baby Cakes was underdone in my opinion, they could've made it FAR more entertaining but just didn't.
