The Start:
A small ship was orbiting a small planet (earth) and discovered weird frequencies (caused from the Super Imploder) the small ship landed on earth and well lets just say the soviets didnt like that and decided to (foolishly) attack the Aliens called in for back-up but they were to far away and the Soviets got off scott free and no-one ever heard about it
The Middle:
After 17 years the transmission came through to the aliens or "The Eternals" and well they sent elite squads to earth to avenge the killed soldiers and well they start to attack the Allies, Soviets and Japanese and a giant Intergalatic War starts
The Ending:

I have to warn you that Games Workshop strictly forbids combination of its intellectual properties with other 'worlds'. They're fine if you change the whole thing into WH40k but putting 40k units against Russians will get GW on your *** if they find out.
